Trouble logging in on LSMentor? Please, check these tips before contacting us.
1. Verify your registration.
LSMentor allows visitors, subscribers, trial members, and paid members. Each level provides greater access to the features on this website. Are you unsure if you are a paid member? Please note, paid members can access all features and content on LSMentor. All others are redirected to an “Oops!” page encouraging them to log in or join when attempting to access content reserved for members. You can join here.
2. Check your network.
The network you are using may not allow NSFW content. Despite the “No Porn” policy on LSMentor, this website is flagged by some networks as NSFW due to strong language, adult content, and mentions of kink and sexual acts throughout. This causes an error message that erroneously tells you that you have used an incorrect password. Try using a different network to log into your account.
3. Check your browser’s security settings.
Safari users must allow cookies. You can do this by going to Settings > Safari> Privacy.
4. Log out from all other locations.
Log out from all other locations before signing into a different location. We encourage you to share what you have learned here, so we permit member access through multiple IP addresses. However, members must use one IP address at a time. This is a security feature which cannot be changed for the safety of our members. If you would like to access the member website at the same time as your spouse on two separate IP addresses or devices, you must have separate accounts.
